What type of people are needed in the House of Lords?

The House of Lords are looking to attract a diverse range of people, including in particular those with frontier tech experience like AI, cybersecurity, crypto, blockchain, virtual reality, also those with experience of the economy and business entrepreneurs, people who have run successful organisations and who can apply that knowledge and experience to Great Britain plc.
