Kate has many years’ experiences working in a wide variety of roles, including recruitment, executive PA, office administration and is now an expert in international business award management. She specialises in guiding entrants from initial enquiry to awards ceremony. As well as liaising with our business awards clients globally, Kate manages all our independently judged business award programs. This involves ensuring key entry criteria is benchmarked so that both entrants and judges know exactly what is required, managing and steering our judging panels to ensure fair and transparent evaluation of entries, and generally underpinning and upholding the integrity of the awards that we market and administer.
