Essentially, there are three types of category to choose from. Sector specific awards, discipline specific awards and people awards. You can enter as many categories as you want, but it’s probably best to focus your efforts on your most unique or innovative achievements. 

The Award of “Best Overall Customer Experience” is given to the highest scoring entry from the discipline and sector specific categories.
