An Adam Smith Award is a globally recognised endorsement for achievement in treasury. If this sounds like an exciting prospect please read on.
The Adam Smith Awards have been going for 7 years and in this time they have established themselves globally. The 214 entrants in last year’s competition came from 25 countries, with every continent represented.
The Adam Smith Awards are open to organisations of any size and from any sector or industry. On their website they clearly state that you don’t have to be a multinational or have a massive budget. Insight, creativity, innovation and effectiveness are what really matter here.
Their commitment to this level playing field approach is borne out by the list of previous winners – an eclectic mix of organisations hailing from a wide variety of sectors.
Alongside categories that recognise outstanding solutions and overall performance, there are a few categories that will enable you to recognise specific individuals and teams.
If you want to enter, you will need to complete your application by 30th April 2014. All winners receive an invitation to a lunch on Thursday 19th June 2014 at Plaisterers’ Hall in the City of London.
