The Online Retail Awards are international, impartial, independent business awards that can be won by online retailers of any size anywhere in the world.

The aim of these awards are to seek out examples of retailers’ web, mobile and tablet sites and advances in digital stores that offer great online shopping experiences for customers.

It is recognised that different sized retailers face challenges specific to them online. The following three categories reflect this thinking. To be eligible you must enter at least one Sector category:

Small online retailer site of the year

(for retailers with online turnover under £5million/US$7.5million)                             

Mid-size online retailer site of the year

(for retailers with online turnover over £5million/US$7.5million, but under £50million/US$75million)  

Large online retailer site of the year

(for retailers with online turnover over £50million/US$75million)

(This category cannot be entered as the judges decide the winner from all category-winning entries)
