The Global Business Excellence Awards recognise and reward best practice, thoughtful innovation and exceptional performance across all sectors in a wide range of disciplines.
The diversity of the awards is reflected in the list of past winners, which features the names of entrepreneurs, local charities, county councils and SMEs alongside many well-known global corporations.
Applications are invited from progressive organisations and individuals operating in any country. Entrants compete against other entrants from the same country of origin. Awards are presented in 23 categories acknowledging both outstanding overall performance and distinction at departmental level.

An independent judging panel comprising industry experts assesses each entry. The Global Business Excellence Awards are almost unique in offering winners feedback on why they won the award, which can be used in press releases and marketing material.
A written submission of up to 1,000 words along with any relevant supporting material must be submitted by 2 September 2014
