Here’s what the judges had to say about a few past winners:
Commenting on G2A.COM, the winner in Outstanding Customer Service Team category, the chairman of the judges said: “Digital gaming marketplace company G2A.com, manages the expectations of its 6.4 million customers worldwide by investing heavily in a high performing, multi-lingual customer service team. The team must be congratulated for providing a 24/7 service in ten languages. On top of this, they send out a phenomenal 200,000 emails a day and have achieved a response time of 10 minutes for emails and five minutes for ‘live’ chat, which is quite amazing. By supporting its customer service staff with a healthy lifestyle programme and continuous training, G2A.com has created a winning team with a reputation for excellence.”
Commenting on National Centre for Domestic Violence (NCDV), the winner in Outstanding Employer category, the chairman of the judges said: “NCDV’s recently launched employee development project has had a huge impact across the organisation enabling it to expand and help more people in need. NCDV relies on its people and by giving them more opportunities for training and development, and by making them feel valued, they are more likely to stay with the organisation. The employee development project is already making a difference. After the introduction of the programme in 2015, NCDV has helped more victims that ever before obtain injunctions, which is great news.”
Commenting on GittiGidiyor, the winner in Outstanding Fast-Growth Business category, the chairman of the judges said: “Turkish e-commerce leader GittiGidiyor has seen exceptional growth over the past 15 years attracting an incredible 37 million visitors to its website on average a month and hosting more than 1,000 brands. Last year alone it grew by almost 50%. By understanding the needs of its customers and working to global standards, GittiGidiyor has developed the technological know-how to lead and shape the e-commerce landscape in Turkey. GittiGidiyor is the powerhouse behind the country’s e-commence sector and there is no other company quite like it in Turkey.”
The entry deadline is 31 May so please take action immediately to avoid missing the boat. Winners announced mid-July.
