The Customer Contact Innovation Awards are a great opportunity for organisations that are leading the way in making their contact centre operations to gain recognition for their recent achievements.

Who can apply?
Open to any customer contact operation serving a European market, which can be readily visited by judges.
The work must be presented in English.
Open to operations of all sizes, in any sector.
You do not need to be a member of the Planning Forum to enter.
The entry process, in terms of category selection, is slightly different from other awards schemes. Rather than having defined and specified categories, judges present awards for innovation in specific areas, reflecting the specific achievements of the best entries. These may include:
Sector-specific best practice – including the Public Service award.
Use of Social Media
Use of Analytics & MI
Integration across the enterprise, including back office, field and retail
Managing quality & performance
Resource planning and workforce management or optimisation
Integrated lifestyle/people planning, and employee engagement
Best practice in outbound.
