The Customer Contact Association Awards for Excellence is an independent peer-judged programme that recognises innovation, success and achievement across customer contact operations.
The annual awards ceremony attracts in excess of 500 professionals and the 80% increase in the number of entrants in 2013 clearly demonstrates the growing stature of these awards and the prestige that is attributed to its winners.
Alongside awards that recognise the performance as a whole there are also categories for individuals and teams. These categories present the perfect opportunity to recognise the achievements of those people dedicated to going the extra mile for your customers.
