The Climate Protection Partnerships Division of the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) are inviting nominations for the Climate Protection Awards.
The Awards were established in 1998 to recognise exceptional leadership, outstanding innovation, personal dedication, and technical achievements in protecting the climate. Since its launch over 150 Awards have been presented to outstanding individuals, dedicated companies, forward-thinking organisations and government institutions from many countries.
Winners are selected based on outstanding leadership, innovation, personal dedication and technical achievements in reducing greenhouse gas emissions and protecting the Earth’s climate. Accomplishments can include leadership, stewardship, product introduction, pollution prevention, policy innovation, and engineering innovation.
All applications must include an official cover letter from the nominator, a completed application form and a one page summary of accomplishments.
