BBC2 are looking for a company or organisation where trust and participation at all levels is encouraged, and where power and responsibility is devolved down, throughout the corporate structure - leading to increased productivity, profitability, and a sense of well being amongst the work force.

They would be interested in hearing from any award winning companies or organisations that operate in this way and who would be willing to participate in a film about Trust to be presented by Anthony Seldon.
