Guaranteed Win Service
This service is for clients that are serious about becoming the most award winning organisation in their sector.
STEP 1 - The Plan
We will: - Get to know your organisation, agree your awards objectives and identify your organisations areas of particular strength so that the right awards opportunities are targeted. This can be done via a face to face meeting and/or telephone and email, as you prefer.
- Identify for you which specific awards and categories are most appropriate for your organisation from an extensive database of over 1200 awards, based on key search criteria relating to your areas of particular strength.
- Provide background information on each award or a web site link.
- Confirm the submission deadlines.
- Confirm entry fee (if applicable).
- Grade the opportunities based on our view of their appropriateness to your organisation and the likely business benefit, then recommend which awards you should enter.
- Produce a timetable setting out a timeframe for each stage of the awards submission process.
- This document will form your annual Awards Management Plan consisting of either 12 quality awards for you to enter over the next 12 months or eight quality awards over the next six months that you have the best chance of winning based on your organisations objectives and strengths.
STEP 2 - The Management
Having completed step 1, agreed with you which awards and categories you would like to enter and produced an Awards Management Plan, we'll manage the whole awards submission process for you.
We will:
- Research and produce professionally written copy in line with the particular entry requirements.
- Liaise with an in-house contact to source background information and support material as necessary.
- Liaise with the awards organisers as necessary.
- Collate, polish and package the support material.
- Coordinate timely payment of entry fees (if applicable).
- Book table at awards dinner (if applicable).
- Liaise with in-house contact for copy sign-off or ammend as necessary.
- Send your signed-off submission to the awards judges for you (or you can send it yourself if you prefer).
- Monitor progress and keep you updated.
All copy we produce can subsequently be used by clients for marketing activities, websites, annual reports, brochures, advertisements etc. Award winners can also receive ongoing advice and guidance from us on how best to leverage their success through related PR and other marketing activities in order to further enhance their reputation. This service is called IntelligentPR. Our fee for the all inclusive Guaranteed Win Service which includes steps one and two above is £1,500 per entry plus a £500 success fee for each award win for 12 or more awards or £1,700 per entry plus a £500 per win success fee for eight to 11 awards. Should you wish to terminate this agreement at any point for any reason you can do so by giving us just one months written notice.

Pay-As-You-Go Service
This service is for clients who wish to enter a few awards on an ad hoc basis.
If you are not sure which awards you should enter we will help you identify your organisations areas of particular strength and then recommend the awards that we feel you have the best chance of winning based on your strengths. Alternatively, we can provide you with unlimited access to our extensive Awards Database of over 1200 awards for just £395 for a year, so you can choose the specific awards and categories that would be of interest to your organisation.
Once you have decided which awards and categories you would like to enter, we will:
- Liaise with your in-house contact to source background information and support material as necessary.
- Research and produce professionally written copy for you in line with the particular entry requirements.
- Liaise with your in-house contact to gain sign-off of the award submission and amend copy as necessary ready for you to submit to the judges.
Our fee for the Pay-As-You-Go service will depend on specific submission requirements for each award you choose to enter but on average it will be a drafting fee of around £1,900 per entry plus a £500 win bonus. We will confirm the exact fee with you for each award submission once you have selected the awards you wish to enter. You can use this service as little or often as you wish.
